Primary Hip osteoarthritis

Causes
It is the most prevalent form of osteo arthritis in Caucasian population. It is more common than Knee osteo arthritis

Treatment
When conservative measures have not relieve pain, then Hip replacement becomes necessary. Conventional total hip replacmements with either a cemented or uncemented hip are ideal options. Hip resurfacing can be considered in middle age males less than 55 years.
